To prepare, boil one cup of water (180 ml) at a temperature of 90°C - 95°C (194°F - 205°F). Add one teaspoon of our chai as the water starts to boil, let it simmer for 2 minutes, then incorporate half a cup of milk (or equal parts water and milk for a richer taste). Simmer until the liquid reduces to a rich toffee color. Add in sugar and let it boil again. Strain the tea and serve hot.
