Boil one cup of water (180 ml)

Water Temperature: 90°C - 95°C (194 °F - 205 °F)

When the water starts to boil, add one teaspoon of Chai

Let it simmer for 2 minutes

Add half a cup of milk (if you want it milkier, go for 1 cup of water to 1 cup of milk)

Let it simmer until half of the liquid has evaporated and you get the rich toffee color

Add in sugar and let it boil again

Strain the tea and serve hot
